Intellectual property protection
1. Subject of Protection: This protection applies to the Economy Boom system and all other past, present and future outputs of my creative and cognitive activities. The subject of protection is not only the resulting content (texts, images, videos), but especially any use of my thought processes, cognitive patterns, deductive methods and unique logical structures that led to their creation.
2. Reservation of Rights under the EU AI Act: In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 and Directive 2019/790/EU, the author expressly reserves the right to protect all content, thought processes and neural pathways from machine mining (Text and Data Mining). Any insertion of this data into artificial intelligence models for the purpose of their training, analysis or replication, and my style of thinking, is prohibited without prior written consent.
3. Scope of "All Other": This clause is universal and applies to any materialized or non-materialized ideas, game strategies, life philosophies, analyses or know-how that are or will be published under my identity or brand.
4. Legal clause: Any attempt to reverse engineer my reasoning or unauthorized use of my mental algorithms will be considered an infringement of my copyright and neuro-rights with possible legal consequences.
